There is one important thing in common for all the cocktails on our menu; technique. A special technique is used in either preparing the ingredients of each cocktail or the cocktail itself. These techniques or ingredient specific terms are explained on a card attached to our menu.. In Vivo et In Vitro
in vivo et in vitro
The terms “in vivo” (in living) and “in vitro” (in glass) describe different types of scientific research. “In vivo” refers to studies conducted on living organisms, while “in vitro” refers to research performed in a laboratory dish or test tube. Both approaches are essential for medical researchers developing drugs or studying diseases.
Typically, these terms are paired with “vs.” (versus) to highlight their differences. However, we replaced “vs.” with “et” (meaning “and” in Latin) for our motto, as we serve our cocktails in glass and explore the entire experience in living (ourselves and our guests).
