My name is Emrah Deniz Kunt, and I am the founder of Lelabbo Moda.
Many of you may already know me from the Lelabbo Instagram account before Lelabbo Moda was established. Lelabbo is the result of many years of love, curiosity, and dedication to cocktails. Although my cocktail journey goes much further back, the most exciting part truly began when I started sharing this passion and curiosity through the Lelabbo account.
Lelabbo Moda was founded to make the cocktail passion and knowledge that we have shared and grown together over the years physically accessible and easier to experience. That’s why we focus solely on cocktails, sharing the drinks we love and enjoy crafting with you. Your interest and enthusiasm motivate us to keep crafting new flavors and sharing them with you.
For many years, alongside my engineering career in the technology sector, being an enthusiastic cocktail guest gradually evolved into the joy of creating cocktails myself. My background in technology entrepreneurship, academia, and my interest in mixology have all played an important role in shaping the cocktail philosophy of Lelabbo Moda.
At Lelabbo Moda, we shape our cocktails with a focus on flavor combinations, guided by technique, balance, and attention to detail. As someone who has spent years as a cocktail enthusiast, I wanted to create the kind of cocktail experience that I personally always hoped to find. Because for us, a cocktail is not simply the ingredients it contains; it is a complete experience shaped by its visual presentation, balance, story, and the feeling it leaves behind. Every choice on the menu, like the overall language of our bar, is part of a thoughtfully designed whole.
